heres a kick in the pants for all the bureacrats crying over lack of jobs,if the damned companies would bother to allow or open up some alternative funding for the “lower class people” as we have been called,there would be a surplus of employees,and the one major complaint by the railroads,well,that would disappear SO VERY SHORTLY.but untill somebody gets a clue,and gives a helping hand to the ones who pass the test,there will be a long delay in hiring and there wont be a means to find the people who REALLY WANT TO WORK FOR THE RAILROADS.but arent given the chance.
