i&#039;ve been told the st. louis and kansas city transit agencies actually do work together on matters such as this.  i don&#039;t know that the same can be said of local elected officials, however.</description>

		<description>When are these two historically great cities going to learn that they MUST work together to persuade and motivate the powers that be in Jefferson City?

A genuine joint effort, without one city trying to undercut the other, I believe would be outstandingly more productive than solo efforts. KC an STL represent the vast majority of Missouri&#039;s population, but the mostly rural legislature still resists boldly supporting the cities.
