KC Light Rail

According to a recent filing with the Missouri Ethics Commission, a group called Citizens For Light Rail has formed. We'll leave it up to the pundits and political reporters to confirm who's pulling the strings and why, but the group's name is identical to one used during the 2001 light rail campaign.
