Since EVERY resident of the Kansas City metropolitan region, man, woman, child, pet, EVERY tourist, EVERY visitor, EVERY passer-through is affected by the ozone infractions recently revealed, it makes all the caterwaling over second-hand smoke just..well..a bunch of blowing smoke, doesn’t it? Let’s concentrate on the REAL issues that affect EVERY ONE OF US instead of pandering to a shrill special interest group whose only interest is sticking their noses where they don’t belong.

Paintman, I’m sorry, but I don’t understand what you are asking? The whole region broke the limit. They can’t say that just KCMO broke it, nor just Overland Park/KCK, whatever. This is an entirely regional problem, and as much as I wish it wouldn’t have happened, perhaps this will give more of the local governments and citizens a reason to address the issues of pollution and mass transit.
